Yes — hosting and domain registration are separate from our development fee. But we handle the entire setup process for you. Good quality hosting for an Indian audience typically costs ₹2,000–₹6,000 per year. We'll recommend options based on your project's needs and budget, and we won't push you toward expensive plans you don't need.

Yes! For Business and Advanced plans, we set up a simple CMS (content management system) so you can update text, photos, menus, and blog posts without touching any code. For Starter sites, we can make small updates for you at a nominal fee, or teach you the basics so you can do it yourself. We don't believe in locking you out of your own website.

For orders placed directly through your website, yes — there is zero platform commission. Customers pay directly to your account and no third-party ordering app takes a cut. However, a payment gateway like Razorpay does charge a small transaction fee (typically 1.5%–2% per order) to process online payments — this is unavoidable with any digital payment method, but it's far lower than the 15–30% charged by food delivery platforms. Customers who still order through third-party apps will continue to generate those app commissions for those orders. The goal of your own ordering platform is to gradually shift your loyal, regular customers to order directly from you — where the savings are very significant.

For Business (₹12,999) and Advanced (₹24,999) plans, we can discuss a flexible split-payment arrangement.
